Forum Nokia's User Experience Program expands to include thousands of test users around the world
As a developer, you can test the functionality of your new application all day long, but there's nothing like a fresh pair of eyes to really shed light on what really works and what can be improved relative to the user experience of an application. That's why Forum Nokia is proud to announce that it is augmenting its design expertise available through its User Experience (UX) Evaluation service with the valuable crowd-sourced user feedback that comes from Mob4Hire.
While the Forum Nokia UX Evaluation is conducted by a design expert who uses platform style guides and their own knowledge to suggest flows and wireframes, the user feedback available from Mob4Hire consists of instantaneous responses from everyday mobile application users. This unfiltered, unbiased feedback is invaluable for developers who want to refine their UX and services before submitting it to the live market environment of Ovi store.
Like the UX Evaluation, the Mob4Hire service is available for a low price, but both of these services are much more inexpensive than hiring in-house resources for application UX development and refinement.
