It is hard to imagine when Forum Nokia Champion of the Month Frank Fitzek finds time to sleep. Frank heads the Mobile Device group at Aalborg (Denmark) University, where he is an associate professor in the Electronic Systems department. His current research interests include wireless and mobile communication networks, mobile phone programming, energy-efficient protocol design, and cooperative networking. In 2008 Frank was awarded the Nokia Achievement Award for his work on cooperative networks. You may also know him as the driving force behind the mobile multiplayer gaming app Gedda-Headz. And if that were not enough, Frank was also a key author of the authoritative book, Qt for Symbian (Wiley, 2010). Our hats off to Frank -- and we expect great things from the students lucky enough to study with him!
Meet Forum Nokia Champion of the Month Frank Fitzek.
