The Nokia 500, just announced, packs in a 1 GHz processor, Symbian Anna operating system, 3.2-inch touch screen, 5-megapixel camera, and changeable back covers in different colours. Other features include Nokia Maps, FM radio receiver and Internet radio access, and up to 32 GB of user storage. Yet the Nokia 500 weighs just 93 grams, making it Nokia’s lightest advanced smartphone to date. Shipments are scheduled to begin in the third quarter, when the Nokia 500 will retail for 150 euros.
