Calling All Innovators grand prize winners announced

The grand prize winners of the Calling All Innovators competition for developers have been announced by Nokia. The two grand prize winners are: Sparkle by 10tons; and ShutterPro Premium by BLSTream. The grand prize runners-up are Poynt by Poynt Corp. and Tank Hero by Clapfoot Games.
The Calling All Innovators competition called on developers globally to compete for a pool of cash and prizes valued at $10 million (USD). Over 800 entries were received from developers in 57 countries. A majority of the apps were created using Nokia's Qt mobile development platform. The category top winners each receive $150,000 (USD), with the two grand prizes winners receiving an additional $100,000 (USD) and a marketing promotion package valued at $1.9 million (USD).
