Apps for the new Nokia with Windows Phone products will use Windows Marketplace for distribution to consumers. This requires the publisher to be registered with App Hub and use a Windows Live ID to submit apps.
We have great news about joining App Hub:
For qualified Nokia publishers, Microsoft is offering a rebate for the first year of App Hub membership ($99 USD). If you are eligible for this promotion, you will receive an e-mail in early November 2011 detailing the next steps.
With the final release of Windows Phone 7.5, there are 19 new additional countries in which you can distribute your apps, bringing the global total to 38; and Nokia with Windows Phone products will be offered in most of these markets. Windows Marketplace has also been extended with a web interface, which will provide increased customer visibility and drive more sales of apps. You will get better ad targeting within your apps too, through the Microsoft Ad SDK.
For more information on Windows Marketplace and App Hub membership, see the Windows Phone Marketplace FAQ.
If you are new to our publishing system, please take the time to register now.

Hi all, am from Kenya and my company has been developing for windows the last 5 years. We are now eagerly waiting to develop for Nokia's Windows phone but sadly we cannot register on App Hub since Kenya is not in the list. I would appreciate some help urgently.
Thanks in advance,

Hello,
I am living in Saudi Arabia which is not appearing in the list of countries in the app hup. I have an account in OVI. I made also an account on yallaapps.com. Is this enough?

I'm from Croatia (UE candidate) working with .net for 10 years. Right now working on mobile platofrms targeting iPhone with MonoTouch, Android with MonoForAndroid and Windows Phone.
In my country devices are fact 2 more expensive than in EU and ore than fact 3 in US. Getting into Android Market - no way, Microsoft App Hub - evel less way. The only marketplace that allows "rest of the world" to join a have equal opportunity is Apple's AppStore.
Yeah I can push my apps to Android market and AppHub through companies representing me, but they charge 30% (yes thirty percent) of what is lefat after MS and Google take their share...
It seems that new form of colonialism is raising - giving those US, UK and EU developers a jump and head start comparing to rest of us....
So Nokians if You want to undeceive us - with wrong color of skin, origins, GSM location- help us enter AppHub and borrow us Your device - take our first bucks when apps is start paying itself off...
