The new NAVTEQ App Warehouse is an online catalog that brings together developers and NAVTEQ partners and customers who are interested in exploring the latest trends in location solutions, using NAVTEQ® map data and content running on a variety of devices and platforms. For developers who want to sell their location-based apps, all you have to do is post your information to the catalog. Then you will have the opportunity to be invited to events; showcase your solutions; participate in promotions across NAVTEQ social media channels; and market directly to NAVTEQ partners and customers -- all for free.
On the other side, as NAVTEQ partners and customers browse through the catalog, if they see solutions they are interested in and require more information, all they have to do is ask NAVTEQ to make the introduction. NAVTEQ will match the partners with the developers -- again, at no cost. Think of the App Warehouse as a free match-making service, bringing together the hottest trend-setters in location.
