Tunewiki Adds Lyrics To Tunes

The TuneWiki Social Music Player is the all-in-one social media music player with the largest legally-licensed lyrics database in the world and is available globally from Ovi Store.
It combines subtitled lyrics with music and music videos, translating the lyrics into more than 40 languages. Available for Symbian (5.0) touch devices such as the Nokia N97, Nokia N97 mini and Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Tunewiki has all of the functionality of the default music player on these devices, plus its karaoke-like timed lyrics feature.
Tunewiki is particularly useful in breaking down the local language barriers between bands in one country and potential audiences in another country. It enables a song sung in Swedish, for example, to be understood in Italy, or a rock band in the Czech Republic to be understood by rock fans in Ireland. Even when the song is sung in one’s own native language, it can be very helpful to have the lyrics displayed to clarify the pronunciation.
Tunewiki also uses real-time mapping and geographical charting to keep track of where the music is coming from. It can read streaming music from the Internet, or take the consumer’s own locally stored library as a source.
Tunewiki allows consumers to:

• Stream radio such as ShoutCast with subtitled lyrics
• Search the world’s largest legally-licensed database of song lyrics
• Watch, search and playback music videos
• Share music and find new music via music maps and social networking capabilities
• Get real-time Top 50 Music Charts of all countries in the world
Other features include TuneWiki MusicMap, which displays the approximate geographic location of other people listening to specific songs and artists. Also, LiveCharts enables consumers to access real-time music charts in countries around the world based on the popularity of different songs.
