Can you fix the votes, "0 out of 1 vote allowed" when attempting to vote on a bug.

There are no imported accounts - you need to create a new one. The server indeed uses self-signed certificates at the moment.

It seems that the certificate used to protect the https bugzilla is wrong (it's a self-signed certificate). Were accounts created or do we need to create them?
