The Nokia Developer Champion reward program is an invitation-only program that honors Nokia Developer members for their activities and quality contributions to Nokia Developer community and the mobile industry. Members are selected on the basis of their extensive knowledge of Nokia platforms and related technology, and their participation in the Nokia Developer community.
Selection of Nokia Developer Champions
Every six months we award one-year membership in Nokia Developer Champion to a limited number of top performers who are, of course, members of Nokia Developer community. The following lists the kinds of activities that may be considered as a basis for selection.
- Participating in Nokia Developer Discussion Boards and Blogs.
- Valuable contributions to Nokia Developer Wiki.
- Valuable contributions to Nokia Developer Projects.
- Achieving recognition for Nokia platform expertise through public tutorials or articles and at public speaking events.
- Providing Nokia with feedback on products, documentation, features, or debugging.
- Sharing Nokia platform expertise in academic settings and in publications.
- Showcasing exceptional visual and/or interaction design for Nokia devices and services.
- Hosting Nokia platform-related websites.
- Participation in Nokia-related projects.
- Gaining commercial success and/or patents related to Nokia platforms.
- Exhibiting superior technical expertise with Nokia platform languages.
- Securing Java Verified™ or Symbian Signed certification for Nokia platform software.
