Customising drop-down menu in symbian 3rd edition

Hi all

I want to implement a drop-down menu in symbian 3rd edition and at a same time it should be customisied
for eg in drop down I have 3 choice 1> addcommand
2> delete command
3> edit command
from this 3 which ever i select should be highlighted with orange colour nd the look and feel of the drop down menu should be
grey colour
I am aware of how to implement drop-down menu but customising it is an issue

Do give your suggestions if you have any
