To my knowlege, no mobile supports OMA DRM v2. Only OMA Version 1 is implemented so far.

Not at all. OMA DRM v2 is implemented in more or less all S60 3rd Edition based devices (excluding the Eseries devices on the market now):

will all the nokia models mentioned in the link u had given, supports Multipart DCF? They will support only for audio? Not for images like jpg?

If it is supporting multipart DCF, any user interface is provided to select which content object to render? For example, if Multipart DCF is downloaded, and if that file contains two content objects, any kind of interface is provided to select a particular content object among those two objects?
