we renewed our Verisign ACS ID. when we upload a request generated by the DevCerRequest Tool, it gets rejected by SymbianSigned.com with the reason:
The ACS Publisher ID provided with the request does not match the request itself.

I got this one once as well, basically had done some mistakes on the Publisher ID exporting to cer & key files.
Have a look into the information shown for your publicer id in the DevCerRequest Tool to verify that it is correct. Basically if you have more problems, you might want to consider contacting symbiansigned directly for assistance.
