Enable Java debug console from here:
Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced -> Java console -> Show console
--> try accessing RDA and then send me the logs.

the browser on Maemo N900 devices is not working and the device is too slow.
Hyperlinks and HTML inputs do nothing if I click on them.

Yep, there are some technical limitations for N900 currently (that we should probably document somewhere). One of them is that keypress events (through RDA) are not handled correctly inside the Maemo browser.
The usage speed is also somewhat slower than for S60 devices (bigger screen resolution etc. factors affect this. we'll have to think whether there would be more ways to optimize it). For starters you should try if setting the image quality to lower helps.

BTW. no solutions for this found yet, but as a workaround you can install/use e.g. Mobile Firefox on the device - clicking hyperlinks etc. works with it through RDA. (unless it was already obvious that the problem is specific to Maemo browser)

It might be possible to add 6790 surge (or 6790 slide / 6760 slide) if I can find one of those from here (will need to check). The problem with E71x & 6790 Surge is that those devices are SIM-locked & only work with AT&T SIM-cards. E71x has WLAN though, so network connections are still possible.
Network connections are not possible at C5-00, can anyone help?
