isn't there Nokia N96?
alexxandro84:
There was, but unfortunately it turned out that the proto hw we currently have for RDA didn't work properly with the latest firmware, so the device had to be taken out (for time being). It should be restored sooner or later.
I have not managet to see LG KT610 in my RDA applet although I have tried to make a reservation for it. Sometimes the device status is connected and sometimes disconnected in the Reservations page. Whichever, I cannot see it in the RDA applet.

to be honest, it's a prototype device which suffers from connectivity issues.. until we receive new hw/sw for the model (or remove it from the system) the problem remains unsolved. so yes, there has been unfortunate large amount of downtime for that model. but whenever it is up and running, like at the moment, it's visible on the devUI (the Java webstart client).

didn't work properly? return?
When N96 arrive in Italy? In October?
hi
perfect - tx for the e71 !
what about n96 !!
ciao
E71 was added to the service. Additionally N70 is now available again. On the downside, 6124 and 3250 were removed (due to low usage). But we can easily restore them later if needed.
Sorry about the N96... I'm still on summer holiday for 2 weeks so it's up to my substitutes that whether or not they restore the device before that. The latest news I have is that we were basically waiting for newer HW version.
Hi,
I am trying to use the RDA, (I had used it earlier in past) but from last two days I am getting "connection refused" error. Is the URL: "apu.ndhub.net" correct? This is the hyperlink from URL
http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/technical_services/testing/rda_introduction.
html at the bottom below the text: "Start using RDA". This is just to confirm as DNS lookup for this url fails when tried(see below)

The DNS lookup itself fails.

Hello atul_kulkarni,
I am trying to use the RDA, (I had used it earlier in past) but from last two days I am getting "connection refused" error.
According to Forum Nokia's maintenance people, this issue has been fixed and the RDA should be working without the related problem.
In case should you encounter this or some other problems with RDA, please contact directly to ndh.fi@nokia.com .

I am also getting same problem in my system while running RDA.
I also dropped a mail to ndh.fi@nokia.com regarding this issue.

N96 was finally put back online. Quickly looking it would now appear to work ok, but if you run into problems with the device, let me know. (ndh.fi@nokia.com)
there isn't italian language on N96!
The phones cannot be provided with all possible language variants.
If you really need that language for a test you can ask bloodredsky very nicely and if possible schedule a test session for which the phone would be prepared with special firmware.
I don't think however that testing the localization through RGA really justifies the use of the service.
It currently has a scandinavian language package flashed (english, finnish, swedish...), but I guess I can switch it to euro 1 (english, german, italian..) which is what most devices usually have. By default the phones are of course set to english language, regardless the variant.
