Not Supported 3rd Edition

Hi,

Regarding 3rd edition.

I upload my application sis on web server and

i download it on my device and try to install then it

gives some error "It is not supported"

So what thing i need to do for this.........

Did you try to install the same sis file directly rather than downloading. Did that work out properly?

Mostly your application is compiled with Pre-V9 S60 SDK.

Thanks for reply,

But already i test it it works fine when i install directly (means send sis from pc to device via bluetooth and install).

And one more thing is that if i upload 2nd edition sis to web server and download and test then it is install and works fine.

Sounds very much then that the link I posted is quite valid, but wasn't sufficient to make the point: Make sure you have a properly signed S60 3rd Edition .sisx file, first of all, and then configure your web server to map .sisx to the correct MIME type x-epoc/x-sisx-app
