How to report an WLAN IOT problem between WIFI certified products

To report an interoperability problem between [B]Wi-Fi CERTIFIED[/B] product to the Wi-Fi Alliance, please click on the link below and send a message to either “[B]Certification[/B]” or “[B]Technical[/B]”. The appropriate team members will be notified.

Please include information about
- Phone model (e.g. Nokia), sw version (*#0000#), serial number (*#06#)
- Name of the access point manufacturer, model, sw version and serial number
- Description of the problem and error messages
