which endpoint should I take
My company plans to develop a j2me program, and we need such two handphones meeting qualifications below:
1: support JSR75,JSR118,JSR139,JSR205
2: support storage card or provide memory for storage in size more than 10M
3: is nokia or samsung
4: at low price less than 120$,as our product will work on mid-class and low-class handphones.
Thank you!
Re: which endpoint should I take
Because of your pricepoint (I am guessing you are looking for non-subsidized phones) S60 is out of the question.
So you should look into Series 40 phones.
Series 40 3rd Edition FP1 phones are the first ones to support JSR-205 (see here http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Java_ME_API_support_on_Nokia_devices), so there is plenty to choose from.
You can see only devices belonging to certain editions from here http://www.forum.nokia.com/devices/matrix_all_1.html
I do not have exact infromation of the phone pricing, so you have to find that info out yourself

Re: which endpoint should I take
Thank you very much!It is my first note in nokia forum.
I have covered the contents you advised. And infomation on Nokia is enough ,while information for samsung is so little.
I even made calls to salesmen. However, most of them don't kown what I asked about!
I have written a programm to test handphones.Maybe it's the sole way to solve the problem.
Thank you again!
