Custom Java Applet for Nokia 6131 NFC???

Can anyone on this board write a Java Applet for me that would contain my company logo and could transmit a 12 digit ID Number to a NFC reader? Basically need to be able to select the logo and transmit the ID number to the reader. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee.

Sorry, I meant a MIDlet, not an applet. The MIDlet would need to autodetect a NFC reader and automatically send a 12 digit ID number to the NFC reader.
