makesis.exe returned with exit value = 1

I recently installed Carbide C++ along with the Symbian S60 SDK 3.1 within in my Windows XP system and start working with it. I already installed Active Perl to get install all these. But when I try to compile my application for Windows Emulator it is working fine. But when I compile my application for the real time device and/or to test the application in RDA, it is giving the following error.

\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\EPOC32\BUILD\Symbian\workspace\Just\group\JUST\GCCE\JUST.GCCE *** missing separator. Stop.

makesis.exe returned with exit value = 1

What might be the possible reasons for this one. I configured build configuration using .pkg file, certificate file and its key file for a particular device. Previously it was working fine. Please help me out.

Hi Kiran,

I deleted my .pkg file by mistake. And now I have recovered a previous version (That is what i could do). And now its giving me this error while generating sis file "makesis.exe returned with exit value = 1". I have read the article you refered.
Is there any way to recover.
