probably seems some maintainance work going on....
better try after a couple of hours... hopefully shud be fixed...

still unable to open the online signing apps.....any update
Circa 2 months ago Open Signed Online has been replaced with free developer certificates which you can get from the same [url]http://www.symbiansigned.com[/url] site after a free registration.
