query related to encryption

I would like to know if there is any GPL library or in-built library which I can use for encrypting text without much difficulty. I have tried ActionCrypt's BLOWFISH and its's results are not consistent with the results with another BLOWFISH algorithm. Can u suggest another private key encryption and a library or its usage?

Still normally its unnecessary to encrypt with Flash on mobile devices. Unless you're building a banking website there's no point.

You may of course have a very good reason :-)
