Hello,
The only way to download games to your phone is through network (OTA, over-the-air) using WAP. You need to upload your games to a web server which is publicly visible. Then you point the WAP browser to fetch the JAD file from that location. More information on setting up a download server can be found in Forum Nokia Java Documents section in a document called Settings for OTA dowload of MIDlets.
