What do you mean by SDK and by "SDK installed on symbian"?
Also, you do not deploy SIS files to SDKs but to devices, which may indeed have firmware based on certain platform releases and which are therefore compatible with the SDKs based on the same (or earlier) release.

Hi,
Can you be more clear on the requirement, you want to detect the SDK version installed on the device whether its 2nd edition or 3rd edition right.Then one way is you can also search for the sis version which is present in ROM to decide which version SDK is present on the device.

I want to identify series no i.e . series 60 or series 80 installed...
