E51 - simplified Theme wanted

Hy everyone!
my girlfriend just got a new E51 as a replacement for her old 6610.
Now she finds it way too overloaded with lots of functions she does not need.

Does someone have a theme, where only the “basic” features of the phone are activated:
- Address book / Contacts
- Calendar
- SMS MMS functionality
- Camera
- Profiles
- Logs
- Alarm Clock
- …..?

If not, is there anybody out there who can custom build one for me (for what costs)?
