Ovi QA : Failed Case NEC 1.2: Download/Install/Launch/Delete ??

See hereunder the report from Ovi QA for the first sis file I submitted. The sis file is Express Signed and installs without a problem on other Nokia S60 3rd Edition phones... What can be wrong ?

Please ensure that file have "sisx" extention, some devices/firmwares have problems with installations files with "sis" extentions.

I have now done as you suggest and re-uploaded, and I will wait... I had never heard about this possible problem with the sis vs sisx extension.

EDIT : You were right. The same file with extension sisx "has passed [our] quality assurance process and will be published"...
