Published to 0 / 1 channels but still in OVI?

One of our apps says it's published to 1/1 channels, but two others say published to 0/1 channels. All three say QA Passed and show up in the OVI store. I just want to make sure OVI downloads for the two that say 0/1 are being tracked.

hey Pat,

So you have 3 apps but only one of them says it's published to channels (Ovi Store). Have you checked the distribution options for those other two to see what devices/countries are specified? If by tomorrow you don't see your other 2 apps listed as in a channel, leave a message here so I can follow-up.

Hi Bill. Thanks for the reply.

The 2 apps are in store.ovi.com, but in publish.ovi.com they show published to 0/1 channels. We want them in OVI, but I just want to make sure it isn't a bug that would impact reporting.

(my publish.ovi username is 'proberts' and the content items are "myRMX_S60v3_uPP_Hip-Hop" and myRMX_S60v3_uPP_Rock")

We have four apps QA passed. One of the apps says it's published to 1/1 channels but do not show up in the OVI store. The other three say published to 0/1 channels and two of them show up in the OVI store since its opening. I just want to make sure OVI downloads for the two that are already published in OVI store, although say published in 0/1 channels, are being tracked.

Hi all

We've got 1 "content item" including 2 "content files". One of the content files is said to be "published to 1/1 channels" (and has been like that for quite some time now) and the other one isn't. The one that is said to be published does not appear in the OVI store.

Do both content files need to be "published to 1/1 channels" for them to show up in OVI store, does anyone know?

Update: Noticed this morning that all our apps that are in OVI now say published to 1/1 channels.

cool! but are they all published? you can find them in the store? ours still says "Published to 0 / 1 channels".. so bad..

They're in the store, but there were also there when they said "0/1 channels"
