Install OS in Mobile

I want to instal new version of Operating System of Nokia 7710..


Can anybody tell what is the process and how i install new version in my phone.

a user cannot install operating system in the mobile, what you can do is upgrade your firmware in the device.

BTW what problem you are facing in the device.

Please note that you cannot change the OS of a device. Nokia 7710 is a Symbian OS v7.0s device and it will remain a device supporting Symbian OS v7.0s. So if you had in mind to change that..you should stop even searching for a solution.

There hasnt been a firmware upgrade too for a long time AFAIK. So sorry pal ;)

But i saw on internet that their is a firmware new version is avaiable in market.....

Hi, dear...

Actually i want to upgrade my mobile OS. its has so amny bug, due to that, some times my mobile will hug up....

and i read on internet that. for 7710 new version is avaiable which hs new feature. so i want to instal it in my mobile.

Hi....can you tell me the process how i upgrade firmware in my mobile by myself without going nokia customer care, becz in my city, they dnt have new firmware for nokia7710.., i have nokia 7710.

first confirm that your device have a firmware upgrade. Please follow the article i have given you in my previous link.

Moreover you can upgrade your firmware using the [URL="http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/download-software/device-software-update/download"]nokia software update[/URL].
