Full screen support for touch enabled MIDlet
Greetings,
Is it possible to run J2ME touch enabled MIDlet in for example 5800 or N97 devices so that MIDlet can use whole screen? I realized that in Symbian emulator half of the screen is used for game buttons and navigation key. Can I remove those somehow, and have full screen for MIDlet use?
Regards FoL

Hi,
If I understood correctly, you should check out this article, which explains how to disable those buttons.

Or you can change it via suite setting there is option whether you want to use game action keys or not.
u can off it and your midlet comes in full screen

Hi, I'm getting started with J2me, and I have exactly this problem. After reading the article, I didn't manage to remove the navigation keys.
It's written i can remove it from the "application manager setting", but I'm not sure what does it mean.
If someone could help me about this matter I would really appreciate it.
Best Regards
