Well, not all the midi rigtones which I downloaded on my 7210 sound loud enough to be audible in a noisy or crowded area despite keeping the ringtone volume at maximum level..is there any way to enhance the midi ringtone volume?

You might be better served in Devices/Phones or Content -> Audio discussion board.
You should check the Nokia PC Composer in Nokia PC Suite for your phone.
