n97 adding ringtones problem

I just bought a new nokia n97 device and I noticed that my favorite ringtone (nostalgia.acc) is missing. I found on the internet the missing tone and tried to install it. But... surprise: I cannot write on z:/data/sounds/ folder.

The problem is this:
I have a file (the ring tone file) in phone's memory. I want that file added as ringtone. How to do this?
