Nokia 5530 'Red Stripe' theme disappeared after v11 update

Hello all,

I cannot for the life in me find my original 'Red Stripe' theme for my nokia 5530 after the v11 update recently. After the update it rebooted to a grey one and there is no option in the themes/general settings area anywhere for me to change the colour back.

How can this be done?
