Can I use the S60 5th Edition Base Graphics to create a theme for Nokia 5800 XM?

Hi, I'm really looking for a difinitive answer to this query.

Can I create a theme for the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music using the S60 5th Edition Base Graphics plug-in for Carbide.ui? Or do I need to use a specialised N5800 plug-in?

I know there has been an unofficial 5800 plug-in created by another community member but I would like to know wether Nokia will be releaseing an official plug-in, or whether I can just use the S60 5th Ed base graphics.

Also, does anyone from Nokia deal with queries of this nature on these forums? It would be good to get a definitive answer directly from Nokia.

Any help would be appreciated.

ANS: S60 5th Ed base graphics is the official plug-in which was created specifically keeping 5800 in mind. Please go ahead and use the same for themeing 5800.

Thanks putta_rameshbabu, that's really helpful. It's just I've seen a fair few posts asking if there's a 5800 plug-in so assumed I'd need one to create themes for the 5800 XM. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

I would be very appreciative if someone would just point me to the 'unoffical' plugin for the 5800.

Try this discussion thread Patriotsblade. Someone called alle46 made a 5800 plug-in apparently, but it's on an Italian site which you have to register with.
