This would be related a lot to the context, so please Could you provide some more information,
like are you configuring 3CX Phone System for Windows for example? And if so, just for interest
are you intending to use a VOIP Provider? Is your phone system running on internal network behind
firewall? You using extensions? With the RTP are you using Secure RTP by any chance...?
