Simcard on Scratchbox

Hello,
I want to know that is there simcard on Scratchbox / is it possible to simulate the same?
I want to enter contacts in simcard and retrieve them.

Qt Mobility has memory backend which allows you to create, alter, but doesn't allow contact saving.
