Crap link posting processHi F

olks,
I just wanted to ask you what you have implemented to make posting links more difficult - if I want to link someone to an explanation on my blog, I now ALWAYS get the moderator approval message.

May I ask what is going on here? Is Nokia trying to piss off its contributors on a par force fashion?

A new pre-moderation/spam filter has been enabled a week ago. It is learning as far as I know, so the side effect you are experiencing may change over time.

then please tell the filter to let all links to a tamoggemon.com domain go through.

Its starting to make me angry as I dont want to keep reposting the same code here 40 000 times.

Or, just make me mod. Or something. But make the problem go away ;)

I must say excellent filter solution is implemented :). Now, i cannot even provide links to adobe.com documentation or tutorials.For me, every third post needs to have some links to explain the matter in detail but now, i m just waiting for approval of my posts from last 48 hours. Hope FN team fix it this issue as soon as possible.

As an FNC you may consider applying for moderator right for the board(s) you visit regularly. If your post is still waiting after 2 days, most probably that board is running low on moderators.
Whitelisting users or domains may or may not be possible, I do not know the details.

Where can I demand to become a moderator?

I am not an FNC, so what can I do to stop having to email people further information?

FNC-s are selected two occasions a year, February and September. So actually you might become one in a few months, we will see.

This "demand" thing is one of yours which might be a contraindication though...

The call for voluntary moderators is a more than 6-month old post in "Champions and Nokia Interaction".

I meant, where must I click to show that I am ready to help clean up this mess? I have sent out over 15 emails this week alone with information!

I believe this is all cleared up now. I'm not sure why it flagged Tam and Sajisoft and CXT_Programmer but it got all three of you. It should not flag you again and I don't plan on being on vacation for another month .

As for moderators, they must be champions because I want to ensure they have signed an NDA. Champions are selected in January and September. Look for the next self nomination period it should be opening soon.

Missed updating..but I still have needed to approve atleast a dozen of SajiSofts post, even during the past 6 days. So apparently its not completely cleared and needs to be looked into.
