About Launchpad, Developer account registration never gets processed!

Joao, you are already a member of this developer community, the Launchpad membership is not at all mandatory.
We don't have yet any Windows Phone related resources, but you are welcome to give Qt, Symbian, MeeGo or Java a try.

When you said "We don't have yet any Windows Phone related resources" does this mean there is the possibility of some tools becoming available here?

What it means is that "we don't have yet any Windows Phone related resources". Will we have? Most likely yes. What will they be? I have no idea.

I have also applied for Launchpad program but didn't get any reply.

Still waiting for approval for the last two weeks...

Just one check with you on this MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT letter. When we received that and does that means we had been successfuly registered the launchpad membership? Thanks inadvance!

It means no such thing. You can start developing already now for WP7/Nokia, just download the free tools and start working ...

Yes, I know them and I'm using the applications that Microsoft has provided but I was wondering about if Nokia will launch some specific tools to develop for Windows Phone. (for example... WP7 and Ovi maps....)
