Free svg to svg tiny converter?

I have created Icon in SVG using Ink-scape. But icon is not properly shown in mobile. I got to know that Icon should be converted to SVG Tiny format. How to do it?

have you checked the tools folder from the SDK already ?, like for 5th ed on default location the tools folder would be in: C:\S60\devices\S60_5th_Edition_SDK_v1.0\S60tools

My sdk directory structure is like this
C:\NokiaQtSdk\.......

In that where I have to go?

I'm not certain whether it is included in QtSDK (have not checked),anyway it has been included in all latest Symbian C++ SDKs.
