Hello.
I am having a problem when trying to unlock the SE using the unlock MIDlet 1.0 for nokia 6212.
First I get the following: "unlock process ongoing". Then after a couple of minutes I get the following error:
" The process of unlocking the secure elements was not completed. Source: no server connection"
I don't know what's wrong, I have a working GPRS connection I can browse web pages with my phone, my Preferred access point is set.
Please, any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it's not your fault. May be you can try a little later to see if the server answers.

Looking at other posts people had trouble unlocking the SE because the NFC was turned off, because they used the OVI suite to install the midlet or because the firmware version of the phone was too old.

I followed each step of that tutrial, when using the 6212 emulator to unlock the SE I get a “no card connection”??

NFC is turned on, and I used bluetooth and PC suite to install the MIDlet :S
my firmware version is 6.2 , I checked and it's the last software version available for this device!
any help??
Ok problem solved. I've changed the internet settings on my mobile by switching to another internet provider. my SE is finally unlocked!
