We have obtained a publisher id (for our company from TC) and done express signing for our app, to distribute in our site . Now we decide to publish on
Ovi store [B]also[/B].
How does the procedure go ? Should we have to still get an Ovi publisher account ,mentioned in this link

or whatever we obtained through express signing is sufficient ?
And is it legal to publish both places (i.e., in our site and through Ovi)

in order to be able to publish in the Ovi, you do need to open a publicer account. And as you sign the application by yourself, you can also distribute those sis files outside ovi. Note however the Ovi rules from the publicer guide, f.ex. linking to other stores from applications sold in ovi store are generally not accepted.
My doubt is it possible seperately store in ovi store and in my company website.And also i need express signing for my application to put on ovi?
Yes it is possiable in your case.

It is your choice whether to use Ovi's free signing offer or to use the standard signing options offered by Symbian Signed (with the corresponding costs).
While you still need a publisher account (so you can access Store's backend) when signing through Symbian Signed there are no publishing restrictions, you can publish both on Ovi and on your own site (or anywhere else). If you take Ovi's free offer however, then you can only publish through Ovi.
