QT is native C++, native is not supported in WP7 (and this is good). The time for native languages is gone.
Only managed .NET (c# and VB) is supported. So here is no way for QT in WP7.

elli, you're talking about somehing completely different. JDoe did not ask anything about Qt, but about NFC (Near-Field Communications), which is a short-range radio tag technology (RFID).
Anyway, until Nokia makes any announcements regarding NFC on their future WP7 phones, there's not much that anyone can say here. It may require that Microsoft first buys into the concept/technology, too. So far, what's been announced is only an intent by Nokia to switch to WP7 on their smartphones, and an intent to produce devices as quickly as possibly (I guess, before the year ends), but no details whatsoever as to what it really means.

As I understand Nokia will have SW support on NFC in coming Symbian phones but some phone may have NFC or may not have it (like in S40 some phone are equipped with NFC and some are not). This is not related to WP7. That is totally new channel in smart phone.
