In any event I just checked and it appears to be back up, at least on this end, from the Halifax airport...

Been down for three days for me, and I'm in the ASIA PACIFIC region same as the OP.

Under maintenance for 2 days now, I'm in the UK.

I just checked, its still up here in Canada. At least I am able to log into the publishers tool and review my content items, statistics, estimated revenue, etc.. I have not tried to publish any applications in the last while, is that the part you guys are talking about?

To all publishers,
Try with IE (my normal browser is Chrome, don't know about Firefox) and you will be able to connect.

I became suspicious as I remember that in the past there had been a problem with OVI publish and Chrome (maybe Firefox too), and I bet it is not under maintenance, it is just an automatic message displayed when an error has occurred.

I am using Firefox under Windows7 64.
