Ovi Maps API question

Now I am developing a Nokia Qt app with indicate the position on map.
Does currently any API supports this function with WGS using Ovi Maps online?

Certainly with Maps APIs found from the Mobility 1.1.x you can indeed set the cernter of the map to any location as well as add a icon etc. to indicate the position you are in the map. also you can use circle to indicate the accuracy of the position.

And I wanna know, if the app uses part of Mobility 1.1.x API functions, do the users need to update the devices' runtime library? What's the process, via OviStore? Thanks.

I'm not certain whether the mobility 1.10 & Qt 4.7 would be available for commercial deployment yet, though as the SDK is already beta now, it should be there soon. And the excat details will be available also then.
