C3-01 must get WiFi hotspot ability. This is such a great piece of hardware - let down by an abysmal implementation of the s40 OS. Even the much cheaper 2710 Nav Ed makes a mockery of the C3-02 interface. Anyway, the feature MOST needed is WiFi hotspot! Next on the list would be VOIP through it's own WiFi - imagine that, this phone has generic VOIP but cannot connect through inbuilt WiFi ...

thank you Neil - I followed your advice and approached Nokia support directly - with absolutely no response. Another point of frustration. I have since moved on to and iPhone and have no regrets!

You mentioned you did not get any answer from Nokia Support even approached them directly? In all cases you should receive a proper answer, so please could you let me know how you had approached and in what country? Please send me a pvt message if you do not want to post here.
