Ovi reports not working?

Hum, it's strange. Perhaps it's because my app is available only since 06/24 ? I have comment on my app so I'm sure there is at least 1 dowload.

I remember reading that for some it has taken up to one week to see the first stats...

Marko her app is only published less than a week of course she still wont see reports....

just got message that ovi for publishers wont be availabae for two days. It might lead to "regular" problems with reportng databse again for week or something like this, but as previosly did it will be fixed sooner or later. OviStore busines as usual. :-)

Personally me satisfied with Ovi Store because nokia engeneers so far always make system back on track. ...and as developer I have full understaning and know how sometimes bugs nasty can be. ;-)

Our app got published on 10th July, 12 days later we still see nothing in the Reporting module and it continues to say "You do not have any published content yet."

Publish to Ovi support says they are having issues and they are trying to fix.
Hugely frustrated, are there any ways to see some basic download figures somewhere?

You can only use ovi publish to see the download figures. However to check whether your app is live, you can check the comments for you app. If you start receiving comments then you can be sure that your app is published and only the reports are not working.

At times ovi reports stop working but it usually gets back within 3 or 4 days.

My app was published more than a week ago. Still no reports. Two days ago I myself tried to purchase the app, the purchase was successful. But there are no reports shown in OVI yet.

Same thing is happened and happening again to me. It may take more than 10 days the report will be proceeded. But you can predict the download count from the shares between phone models. The percentages of downloads from different phones can be found under the report screen. It will give you approximate download count by assuming the minimum percentage as 1 download :)

It's really not working on me.
