Remote device access UNAVAILABLE?

Is Remote device access site completely off? Several days it displays only "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable."

Will be this service available?

Finally working! Problem was that I was logged with my old individual account with no developer program activated. Just log in with my company account with Nokia developer's program, clear cache and bingo...
On RDA error page should be clearly stated reason of connect denial. Anyway, thanks for answers!
