Unable to install app

Hi,

We were trying to send our app to the QA process. We uploaded the packed wgt file. The certification has failed with the following:

The error message “file format not supported ” is displayed when attempting to install the application

What do we have to do to package the app?

Hi,

so I have email the support and posted the issue on the other board. No Anwsers.

I tried to download the wgt file and installed it on the simulator. Everything works fine. To create a valid wgt file I only have to click on the "package" menue when I right klick my project right? What are there for configuration files that are mandantory? Do I need to sign it with a p12 certificat?
