Slow response getting developer certificate
I have emailed the new address to get developer certificates before publishing a Symbian app to Ovi, developer.support@nokia.com, and it is taking a long time with no response. It is now almost three weeks with no response. Is this normal? What are other developers experience with this?

Hi May be I am misleading, is it not this right email ? publishtoovi.support@nokia.com

Yes, you can read similar stories in the related board (http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Discussion/forumdisplay.php?202-Publishing-to-Nokia-Store)
I have a strange impression that who write complaints there, might get a faster service. Sometimes, perhaps.
This thread can be moved there if you like that.
Mahbub: I also had that idea first, but https://www.developer.nokia.com/Distribute/Ovi_Store_guidelines.xhtml actually suggests this address at the bottom of the page, and it also appears in some discussions. 'Ovi' is planned to become 'Nokia' for a long time, and apparently it has begun recently, with the new store client as I read.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, please move this thread there if you feel that is a better board.

You may want to check your junk/spam folder for our response and update your address books with developer.support@nokia.com. Can you provide me with the ticket reference number so we can double check if we have attempted to contact you?

We have recently changed our Nokia Publish Support email to developer.support@nokia.com. Please see the following link in our support page: http://support.publish.ovi.com/?p=2075&type=alert

Hi Patrick,
It appears there may be an issue with our outbound communication. We had sent a response to this email on the 3rd of Oct (original creation date was Oct 3). I have asked the delegated support specialist to resend the response via email. Please let me know if you have not received this by today.
