Text to speech in Windows Phone 7

Hi All,

I did spend some with with could service and came to know about Text to Speech cloud service allows to access Text to Speech functionality in Windows Phone 7.

At the moment we're most interested in articles that help people migrate between Windows Phone and other Nokia platforms/development frameworks. So if you can add links to how this is done in Qt and Python that would really help other developers.
