Hi, I understand that a payment invoice email's ONLY sent to the developer once Nokia has received over 100 Euros.
I'm a new developer and I was wondering what time of month I'd expect the email if I was due a payment?
Thanks :)

From many previous discussion I is clear there is difference between estimated revenue and the actual revenue. You see in the OVI publisher UI the estimated revenue (just these amount of money has been sold).
And the actual revenue is behind the estimated revenue. The reasons many people buy SW via operator billing or via credit cards, this steps take some time to come your money to Ovi. This why you may not receive email yet though your revenue are just crossing 100 euro boundary. For more information not bad to ask from Ovi support.
I've seen that asked and answered many many times! :)
what I was wondering was IF Nokia had collected more than 100 Euros for my app, is there a regular day of the month the email's sent, I seem to remember reading it's around the 20th of each month and the payment will be 2-3 days later?
Thanks

It is usually in the last week of each month (if you do exceed the 100 Euro threshold.) The dates can vary due to late discoveries of missing bank details; however, most invoices should reach publishers by the end of the month.
Payments are issues 2 - 3 days later.
Ah, thanks for your help. I had it in my mind it was the 20th for some reason!
I've been over 100 Euro for 2 months now, guess there's still hope for a nice early Christmas present! :)
Hello,
asked about payments from Nokia from the support and got a helpful message that I can register at nokia AP portal to see Purchase Orders. There I saw three purchase orders, which amounted to few hundred euros. Am I supposed to send an invoice or does that happen automatically? Today those purchase orders had disappeared. Perhaps they are being changed into payments?

Hi Kalle,
Could you shoot Nokia Publish Support an email and provide a screenshot of this error? I will forward this to the payment specialist to provide further instructions.

Andrew I don't see any errors. On Wednesday there were POs and now there aren't... Funny thing is that coincidentally our ISP has messed up our email system so I'm currently without email (no fault of Nokias ;) I was just wondering do I now have make invoices i.e. have I missed some instruction.
At ap.nokia.com there is a text "You currently do not have Nokia purchase orders available.", which is fine if they will soon be changed into a payment ;)

I received an invoice almost two weeks ago, but no payment.
In the past the payments were in the beginning of the month, has anybody else this delay now?
Well today the purchase orders at Nokia AP portal were back so I made an invoice and payment should be coming 18th of December just in time for Christmas. Or so I guess ;)
lucidmind, may I ask what Nokia AP portal is and what advantages (in information) one can have compared to publisher account in OVI store? Thanks

Hi pippo2010,
The Portal service (AP Portal webpage) from Nokia contains a history of your electronic invoice, online queries and remittance advice. You can receive a copy of these by registering and activating yourself and your company on https://ap.nokia.com. Once you activate your company, you will be asked for your internal vendor number and it is <SAP ID> for your reference.

Andrew answered, but I'm not sure if there are any advantages... AP portal seems to have "real" information about transactions instead of the estimates. I still don't know if I should use the invoicing option or just wait.
