Hello,
First of all, I'm not a developer.
I just face the problem that whenever I install an application to my phone (nokia 5530 xpressmusic), it says "component 'qt' missing" and the application never opens.
I don't really know what to do..
I searched online but I found nothing to solve the problem..

Where did you get that application ?
if it is your own, then do check the materials on Smart insatller usage, or use the sis files of the SDK. If it is somebody else's, then do contact the original developer of the application.
Or you can install Qt sis file by yourself and see if it works, you need to find right version just by trying different version.
Yes can definitely, anyway, if it is somebody else's program, it should be packed for real usage, or it probably should not be used.. or at least used with caution.
